I'm so excited to share this pilot episode of the Paris Paysanne Podcast!

This episode includes a market visit with Omid and Alannah of Emperor Norton , a chat about shrubs with Forest Collins, founder of 52 Martinis and The Chamber  an interview with Kate Robinson, who is involved with the organization of this year's Paris Beer Week and finally, I talk to Mardi and Nichole of the Parisites who will be hosting one of their signature takeovers during the beer festivities.

Emperor Norton is a specialty food, caterer, and event planning business founded by husband and wife team Omid Tavallai and Alannah McPherson Tavallai. Their cakes, cookies, pickles, and hot dog buns can be found in cafés and bars across the city. 

Forest Collins is the founder of 52 Martinis a website dedicated to finding the best bars and cocktails in Paris as well as The Chamber a "select social club for modern urban cocktail lovers"

Paris Beer Week is an annual beer festival celebrating craft beer in Paris. This year's event will be held from May 22-May 31st.
