Paris Paysanne Podcast: 2016 Favorites

In this end-of-the-year episode of the podcast I revisit a few of my favorite interviews from 2016. It was really hard to pick just three interviews to include here and I want to thank all of the amazing guests that I spoke with over the past year. Click through past episodes to catch up on any shows you may have missed! In the meantime, I hope you enjoy listening (or revisiting) these interviews with Mary Jahnke Iriarte (episode 11), Alice Quillet and Anna Trattles (episode 16), and Maria Canabal (episode 10).

Mary Jahnke Iriarte is the co-founder of Jay&Joy. You can find her fabulous vegan cheeze at Un Monde Vegan and other vegan friendly stores, including their newly opened Crémerie Végétale on rue Paul Bert.  Follow Jay&Joy on Instagram and Facebook

Anna Trattles and Alice Quillet are the founders and co-owners of Ten Belles café and, most recently, Ten Belles Bread. Follow them on Instagram at: tenbellesbread and tenbelles. Find their bread directly at their bakery as well as select restaurants around the city.

Maria Canabal is the founder and president of the Parabere Forum. This year's event will be held in Barcelona on March 5th and 6th. Visit the website for more information.

Thanks so much to all my listeners! I hope you'll stay tuned in 2017, until then you can follow Paris Paysanne on Facebook and Instagram.
