Bonus: American Library in Paris Q & A Session

On March 7th, 2017 the American Library in Paris hosted an evening about food with guests Kristen Beddard, Jessie Kanelos Weiner and myself.  We spoke about local produce and how Paris is changing when it comes to eating locally and in season. The discussion was graciously moderated by food writer Alexander Lobrano. This bonus content contains the recording of the question and answer session that followed our panel discussion.
